Nielsen analysed mobile data habits over 60,000 mobile subscribers and surveyed over 3,000 teens during april, may and june of this year.The tracking firm narrowed it down to a precise 3,339 texts a month , A jump of 8% from last year. Teenagers between the ages of 13 and 17 are the ones who are mostly addicted to texting .In comparison , Young adults ages 18 to 24 send only 1630 texts a month.
